Steadfast In Holiness // Firme en La Santidad

Pastor Ariel continued our sermon series in 1 Peter with Part Two: Steadfast in Holiness. Holiness is like looking in a magnifying mirror- we believe we’re pretty holy until God reveals to me up close exactly what our heart and actions really look like. When we are hoping, we are God-centered; when we are holy, we are God-centered. The grace of God is the source of our hope and the holiness of God is the standard of our holiness.

Creemos que somos lo suficientemente santos hasta que Dios nos releva de cerca lo que realmente reflejan nuestro corazón y nuestras acciones. Cuando tenemos esperanza, estamos centrados en Dios; cuando somos santos, estamos centrados en Dios. La gracia de Dios es la fuente de nuestra esperanza y la santidad de Dios es el estándar de nuestra santidad.
